Greetings Kootenai Families,

As we head into Spring Break, I hope you and your family have the chance to disconnect from work and technology, be present, and enjoy meaningful time together.

April is always a fun-filled month at Kootenai! Highlights include the start of Jogging Club on April 6 and our annual BoosterThon Fun Run. The BoosterThon kickoff will be on April 13, with the main event happening on April 23. Keep an eye out for reminders and event details coming your way soon!

This year, we are excited to begin raising funds to install the playground pavilion we purchased with last year’s fundraising efforts. We recently ordered the 24' x 20' structure and can’t wait to provide a safe, shaded space for our students to play, learn, and gather — even on rainy or snowy days.

By contributing to our BoosterThon fundraiser, you are helping create an outdoor environment that keeps students active, comfortable, and engaged throughout the year. This covered pavilion will expand opportunities for instruction, social interaction, and physical activity in all seasons. Every donation brings us closer to making this important addition a reality for our students.
